Delivery
What is your delivery policy?
We believe that value for money is very important and price our products accordingly. We do not build a ‘Delivery Allowance’ into the price that we offer to you and endeavour to keep shipping charges down to a minimum.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery to any mainland UK address.
Highlands & Islands of mainland UK: We are happy to ship items outside of mainland UK. Depending upon the products you order, there may be a surcharge for delivery. Should this apply, please contact us for a quote.
International: We currently do not support international orders on our website. If you are interested in ordering from us please contact us for more information.
What are the delivery options?
We currently use Royal Mail First Class and Standard Parcel Service.
For some orders over 5 kgs we use a courier service. If a courier service has been used we will advise you accordingly.
Remember that Royal Mail and our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive at any time between 9am and 5.00pm.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Most orders received by 12pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched on the same day and the vast majority within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.
For cheque payments, goods will be dispatched after funds have cleared.
We will always endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated despatch dates if any delays do occur.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Royal Mail First Class post or courier.
For Royal Mail orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the despatch date.
Courier deliveries are delivered next working day.
Please allow an extra day for rural locations and Highlands deliveries.
All dates above exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
What will I be charged for Packaging and Postage?
We have a tiered system based on weight which will calculate the additional cost for Package and Postage when you checkout. You will see the total before you complete your order.
We have endeavoured to keep our P&P costs to a minimum for you and the structure is as follows:
Up to 500gms - £2.50
500gms to 1 kg - £4.50
1.1 kg to 2 kg - £5.50
2.1 kg to 5 kg - £6.50
5.1 kg to 25 kg - £8.50
Courier (next working day*) - £8.50
* excludes weekends and Bank holidays.
Can I send things to another address?
We are happy to deliver your order to addresses other than your own. You’ll have the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket during the checkout process.
Returns Policy
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs - please see details below.

How do I return an item?
Simply contact us by email or telephone 01784 465 574 and we will issue a returns code and inform you of the method for return of the goods.

Will the Delivery charge be refunded?
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges.
In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
What happens after the items have been returned?
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
How is the refund paid?
The refund amount is paid by cheque drawn on the customer's name.
